C A N C E L L A T I O N  P O L I C Y :

EQ values your time and commitment, and we've crafted a 24-hour policy to ensure a smooth experience. Flexibility is essential, so if adjustments are needed, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within a 24 hr. window will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost. Even if you visit the salon, altering services from the original booking requires payment for the originally booked service and the new one. If you can't reach us by phone, leave a time-stamped voicemail or email. Our automated reminder arrives 48 hours before your appointment, but it's your responsibility to manage changes 24 hours prior to avoid penalties. Frequent cancellations may affect future reservations. Deposits are refundable pre-24 hours; within 24 hours, they're retained as a penalty. Your understanding is appreciated.
